    Lidl Opens thursday 14th May at 8am.

    Aldi is supposedly opening in October.
    no real movement on the site yet, but when it starts it will fly through.

    Where is it?....the new lidl is the best i have seen it nearly compares to an aldi.

    The work on Aldi will be slow. They need to remove the roofing from the old pea factory first with a specialist company. It won't be open until the end of the year I'd say. It's already had a few expected dates pushed back to October I think it is now.

    Good news is confirmation from Aldi about the start of the construction work for the new store Work will start in a few days
