I knew it reminded me of something :-)

Went on a whale watching boat tour from there a few years ago and they couldn't find any whale!

Give me a few minutes and I'll come up with a submission.

Will give more clues if it turns out to be too hard, but for now I will just say the tower is a tourist attraction.

That's perfect thanks, I was just wondering if it would have a name or it was just a random tower.

    Well done this is correct!
    You knew the place?

For reference the tower is an old observatory and the small hills are actually tombs for kings of the Silla Kingdom.

The whole city of Gyeongju is a UNESCO world heritage site, well worth a visit if you're going to Korea.
