Where do ye get chemical supplies?

    Does anyone know where I could get some supplies of chemicals for home brewing:

    Food Grade (min 85%) Phosphorous Acid (H3PO3) for lowering pH
    and
    E300 ascorbic acid

    I adjust my water with and acid mix and or boil, than Gypsum/Epsom Salt to get the pH right.


    Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C so you could look at health food/ pharmacy shop possibly
