The fact that some person would even take fingers off those poor fish shows what a sick world we are living in.

If Clontarf was a viable natural place to re-home them, then why isn't it known locally as a good spot for lobster fishing? I think a quick death by boiling would be better than a slow death in the sea at Clontarf. At least a death in the pot would have some meaning.

How can they go around making definite statements about what the lobster feels when dying unless they experience it themselves? I'd be much more inclined to support them if they boiled themselves first.

    Reminded me of this:

    tl;dw

Bloke that sings The Bad Touch steals dead fish from fishmongers and eventually 'releases' into the sea.

I'm not an expert on this but don't lobsters do best where there's a rocky seabed rather than the sludge and mud at Clontarf? Maybe they should have driven another ten minutes out to Howth before releasing them?

I strongly suspect that these idiots did nothing for the lobsters expect replace one painful death with another.

Feckers should be charged with either animal cruelty and/or ecological terrorism if they can't identify the exact genus of lobster they released, and list its habitat and water quality needs.

Hopefully the restaurant owners bypass the guards and hand this case straight over to the Triads

I can understand the want to free lobsters but to release them like that into that mud pit made a complete mockery of what they did, that's a Simpsons-quality sketch right there.

Did one of them just do a quick Google search on their phone and actually thought that was a good idea?
