Is the eircom f2000 used in fttc a static ip router. When the router is restarted it did not change ip. Usually when the routers i have had are restarted the ip changes

Does that mean it is ok to use with an ip camera or is there something else to do to ensure it won't change ip.

    Thanks

Nope, eFibre has "sticky" IPs. They only change if you're offline for a few hours (similar to UPC).

If you want truly static you have to pay them for it.
