Just wondering how long to expect to take to get a delivery??
I ordered lights from them in January and they still haven't arrived?
Do they use courier or post??
I have a tracking number but no information still......

I've ordered from them in the past.
Put it this way, I was surprised when stuff showed up in only 6 weeks.
Its by post IIRC

They wait till they have a full container or something, and ship by sea from hong kong, don't expect quick delivery at their prices.

Ive gotten stuff in 2weeks and ive gotten stuff in 8 weeks. Never had to wait longer than that though. It will show up, its just a matter of when.

yep bought lights and other bits and pieces shipping times can be very variable as said before

Grand no point in panicing so,
Departed from Sweden is all I know.....so might be going to China..then back to me....
ah well I only hope I've ordered the right combination of leads and adaptors now......

I haven't used them in a couple of years but when I did they were reliable but slow - up to 6 weeks.
I'd be a bit worried re January, you say you ordered in January, do you have any idea on when they were shipped? If you have a ship date that's less than 6~8 weeks ago I'd sit tight but if stuff was shipped in Jan and you still don't have it I'd expect the worst.

I have ordered from them a few times. Delivery was always slow (at least a few weeks).

I ordered some bike lights once, and they were terrible quality. One of the lights did not work at all and the other one was very poor quality.

I have also ordered some batteries, which were low quality, but did the job. The last set of batteries never arrived, and despite me contacting them a few times they never turned up.

Others seem to have had more positive experiences, and they are certainly cheap, especially when delivery is taken into account. However, I don't think I'll purchase from them again despite the low prices.

How long it will take to process my order?
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. (The estimated delivery time is quoted by the carrier, it may experience a few days delay during rush season. e.g. Christmas, New Year etc.). Here are those steps:

Step 1 (1-5 business days): Products are collected from our suppliers.
Step 2 (1-2 days): Order waits to get packaged.
Step 3 (1 day): Order is packaged and shipped* to carrier (e.g. Hong Kong Post, EMSetc).
Step 4 (3-14 days): Order is enroute via EMS or Hong Ko
