polytunnel parts help needed!

Hi, I'm trying to locate a u bolt/tube clamp so I can join two tubes at 90° to each other inside a polytunnel, adding a brace bar to improve the strength of the structure. Hi,

Whats the outer diameter of the tube?
Could you pick something up from a plumbing supplier to do the job rather than a specialist piece?
