Can anyone recommend a good Recruitment Agency in Ireland who specialise in Electronic Engineering/Embedded Software jobs?

I don't think there is one that is that specific.

You could look at ICDS, an agency, but your best bet is just to look on Irishjobs.ie and LinkedIn for jobs like that and see what's there.
