Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at the outcome of this case it is very bizzare that he was not given a manslaughter charge by the jury. The defence Barrister even stated in his final remark that a manslaughter at most should be sought. The Judge stated that a manslaughter was possible.

Comments from the media on the outcome are non existent .

What are options for the state's legal team in this case can they appeal or ask for a retrial on manslaughter ?
