Tiling and paving costs Dublin

    Could anyone tell me how much I should be paying for laying porcelin tile and removing the existing tile for 28sqm of floor and 2sqm meters of wall tile.

    Also what I should be paying for laying 12sqm of silver granite over an area that was previously decked.

    €150 labour to remove & you handle the disposal

    €15-20/m2 to lay new tile. Ballpark

    Thanks would that include grout/adhesive etc and vat?
