I'm not sure I am reading it right, but the actual broadcasts look like they average 26.1 MB/s out of 48 mb/s. Now I have not included radios or SSU channels, nor other non-programme stuff. That means they are only slightly over the one mux.

They (2RN) need to change the way they charge and get UTVi, TV3, and TG4 onto HD, and get OTV onto Saorview. (Subject to Ministerial approval :mad:).
