Home boarding for small dog in Kildare

Hi, really hope someone can help...desperately trying to find a home boarding option for my dog while we go on hols..she's a house dog and a lap dog! As a rescue dog she can get quite anxious if left on her own. Kennels aren't an option as I know she'd be very distressed. I feel so guilty leaving her and would love to think she was being treated like part of the family
