New electric guitar for 6 yr old

My six year old daughter has had a pile of junk 1/2 size classical guitar for the last year +. She has her basic chords down, but its difficult to stay motivated with the 'toy' guitar. To keep her moving along, I'm in the market for a 3/4 size electric. While budget if flexible, I don't see myself spending more than €160 (without amp). I've looked at squier mini strats but quality seems to be hit and miss. If anyone has been down this road, I'd appreciate your feedback.
