VW Transporter

Hi guys would any of ye have any advice on a 08 model 1.9 TDI transporter van are the worth the bigger money compared to say a transit or primastar just don't seem to get best reviews online and was kinda surprised at it .

The Transporter is a much nicer van inside than either of the two other vans that you mentioned. Its much better to sit in and to drive. Its a much nicer place to be than them other vans. Maybe the 1.9TDi might be slightly underpowered in the current model but I don,t think it would be that bad. Only way to find out is to try it. Maybe you should check out the 2.0tdi version too. It has plenty of power. I know someone who has one and they say its a great van. They had a 2003 version before that for 11 years with the 1.9tdi. It had plenty of power and bnever gave any trouble. Try the van out and see if you like it.

Thanks for reply amkc yea I know where theres one for sale which I know the history of from new its genuine miles and always well looked after never abused hard to get a van like that

The 1.9 TDi is underpowered in the Transporter and I heard they are heavy enough on juice. The 2.5 TDi would be better.
