When posting screen shots could we try to use 'medium' sizes to make it easier on all poster to load the page. I'm sure the mobile users would also appreciate this.

N96UA - THREE DIAMOND FLYERS LLC (GLEN BURNIE MD)

This aircraft (N96UA) is not available for public tracking per request from the owner/operator.

That's my airplane! How do I track my airplane on FlightAware?

FlightAware can provide aircraft owner/operators with secure access to their own flight data. Contact FlightAware for help.

Surely the operators desire to be discrete should be honoured?

Ah it looks like he swerved to not hit the other plane. If you take the picture literally! An awful attempt at humor, I haven't had my coffee yet!!

I was watching a flight from Paris to Algiers last night after squawking 7700 - I wonder was it the same flight returning? It seemed to be flying below 10,000 ft from South Spain onwards.

    Hmm thats interesting.

Not sure anyway but it was dropping pretty fast to get to Marseille. Almost ike it needed to be so low, so soon.. Possible pressure loss in the cabin?

Recent flights within range of my receiver in NI:

    2015-02-22 15:55 to 16:10
    2015-02-20 09:24 to 09:47

Corporate Secretary for Three Diamond Flyers also sits on the board of Under Armor, so there's your link to the livery.

Aircraft is operated for them by Cambridge Flight Support of Maryland.

    GLF5 N668P.

    http://fr24.com/GLF5/615efcf

I hadn't head of the owner, Phllips 66, but it's the parent of the Jet retail fuel brand as well as Conoco.

    http://www.phillips66.com/EN/products/consumer/brands_international/Pages/index.aspx

They have at least two other Gulfstreams, N662P and N665P.

I wonder if they receive a fuel discount :)

Yep same crew that own Whitegate refinery and Bantry Bay, I doubt they get any here seeing as they no longer produce Jet Fuel there.
