All accessories are half price on the official site at the moment for anyone looking for one.

Has anyone had problems with the cable disconnecting while charging? Only happens with the official cable for me.

Also, still haven't been able to filter contacts in the phone app, any solution?

Yeah, someone here mentioned half price cases so I went to have a look and saw that the power banks were available so snapped one up. Only available in a bundle with another 'USB charging adapter' for some reason though which was an extra €9.34 and brought the total to €22.93 for the lot, plus €3.99 standard shipping.

Also picked up an OTG cable while I was at it, at full price though grrr...

That was me that mentioned the cases! Doh, ah well I wouldnt have bought them anyway if they were forcing you to buy a charger for €9.34 with them, will have to keep an eye out.

I went in to buy one a couple of days ago and standard shipping was €18.99, so I didn't bother.

Thanks for that. Just ordered the JBL headphones! Pity the power bank is out of stock, but I think I am starting to lean towards the Mi banks. http://www.mi.com/my/mipowerbank10400/ They are smaller. The OnePlus PB is 14cm long. That's pretty big!

You do get two USB ports on the OnePlus version but I can't see myself using it to charge two devices at once.

Phone has been acting very spazzy the last two days, Tuesday the power button wasn't working correctly and since then my touch screen has been awful trying to type/swipe that it needs to be rebooted, probably going to try Oxygen OS or switch back to CM11.

Hi Guys,

I went from the last nightly of cm12 15/04 to the latest at the time nightly of cm12.1 on 21/04.

In doing this, I've lost root and can't seem to get it back. Anyone else have this issue? I reflashed supersu in twrp too but no help. Is it an issue with the rom? I updated twrp to the latest version and it still doesn't work.

I searched Google on the issue too, but I found no answers!

Anyone any ideas?

I think there was a problem with TWRP and the latest version of CM12.1 nightly. I think a modified version of TWRP sorts it out. Not fully sure but check out the thread. Let me know how you get on, I was thinking of jumping over to that ROM.

Some posters commenting battery drain is better, but I think it's a bit early to tell. I'll check Google Play Services version and report back.

I wiped cache, installed rom, installed 5.1 gapps and installed supersu.
Is that step I missed the problem I wonder?

From the thread I found a guy where a reinstall of the rom fixed his lack of root issue, same as mine.
Might give that a go!

I think there is a setting in Developer options that needs to be set for Root Access.

Yip, just doubled checked CM12.1 I have on my N4 and there is a "Root Access" setting.

Currently applying the CM12.1 nightly from last night. It's a delta update so be interesting to see how it goes.........

17L is definitely faster and smoother, transitions and animations on my launcher are much better. Not bothered with voice commands, but if anyone is interested it is in settings>Laguage & input> Voice Wakeup. You have to train your voice for recognition..... Bluh!

yeah first thing they ask you to do when it is updated is enable Ok OnePlus. Didn't seem to work for me though, I was in a completely silent room but it couldn't pick me up saying OK OnePlus. You have to record it 3 times but every time I tried to say it, I got a message saying it couldn't recognise a voice.

Yes there is, but I forgot to put in my post that it was the first thing I tried. No root access still!

Done a full re-install of the nightly from 21/04 there, but still no root!

I think so!

you don't need supersu. It's built into CM12.

That's odd. CM12.1 is supposed to have root built in and the Dev options "Root Access" is supposed to enable/disable for apps/adb.

I hate to ask but ye 100% it is CM12.1 ? (apologies in advance)

TBi, yeah I'm aware of that, but I was using supersu as the management app, rather than privacy guard. Just a preference thing really, mainly cos I bought supersu pro a few years back

it's been working fine for the last 6 weeks on various cm12 nightlies

it's definitely cm12.1, I downloaded it through the cyanogenmod update menu in the usual way I was getting cm12 updates!

I don't know I'll keep fiddling with it, see if I can get it to resolve itself!

I'm on Google Play Services v7.3.29....for the last week or so, Google Play Services is constantly taking up 30-40% of my battery. Only getting around a day of moderate use out of the phone (I'm used to much more), and it's actually getting quite hot at times (even when it's not being used for much bar Facebook). Once again, this wasn't normal until recently. I've disabled "Wake up" and "Keep awake" in Privacy Guard, but doesn't seem to make any difference. Anything I should be trying here?
