€300 p/m for a shared bedroom. Talk about cramped living two bunk bed in one room. Two singles in the living, one bedroom with a Double. Looks like it houses at least 8 people. Even at 275 per pop, that is rent of €2,200 for a 2 bed. Jesus wept.

That ad has all sorts of issues.

    Mixed rooms?!

Differing rates for two females to a couple, arguably discriminatory and eh?! How did they work that one out?

I'd love for a fire officer to take a look around the place.

WEEKLY RATES range from EUR175 to EUR350 per week.

His / Her way of calculating the weekly rates are interesting:
bed in a mixed 4-bed shared room for male/female tenants for EUR275 PER PERSON + bills. The room has 2 single beds and bunk-beds. Weekly rate is €100 per week. Max stay for this room is 1 month.

Good to know you can (must) leave after 1 month.

I'm sorry for being morbid, but there's going to be some kind of fatal house-fire before something is done about these situations.

It's going to take something like the Church Street tenements collapse in Dublin in 1913 before the City Council will implement modern housing standards.

Nobody posted this yet? The agent seriously couldn't have put on a pair of gloves and filled a few binbags before taking the pics? Might have added a few grand to the price...

Ill give Broadsheet the traffic seeing as they rehosted the pics for us.

there must be more pics? I mean, that's beyond madness if they just gave a detail view of their horror sink.

    - No men
    - You can stay 4 months or 12+months only
    - No alcohol allowed
    - No parties
    - No men between 11pm and 8am
    - No pork (you must go outside on the street to eat it)
    - No living area - eat in your bedroom!
    - The UPC will be gone when you move in
    - The study table and chair will probably be gone when you move in (So you can't even cry on the chair)
    - The electric bill is outrageous - if you DON'T use the heating

Yet apparently it's perfect for a student! Student life must have changed a lot since I was in college.

I kind of want to move in there and eat a massive rasher, sausage, bacon, and belly pork sandwich in the kitchen. "Oh, no pork, was it? I thought you said only pork. I can't eat anything else; religious reasons, you see".

That poor girl has been deprived of a natural education..... wait until she gets a gets a load of Ireland. She is probably a headdress wearing muslim, who has never been outside the school library and thinks fun is reading the Koran with chickpeas and hummas dip.
