    Hi,
Would just like a quick reality check here, if possible :)
We are looking to put in a small (4 sqm) ensuite in a bedroom that currently has none.

Job entails putting in stud walls, sanitary ware (shower, sink, loo), tiling, some adjustments to piping (pipes from the main bathroom run near the wall of the planned ensuite, so no major replumbing required), a door, extractor fan and some electrical work like moving a socket and putting in lighting.

What's a realistic price for all this (assuming standard sanitary ware etc, nothing fancy)? Would 5 k cover this?

    Cheers,
    Galah

Id add VAT to that price and then your probably about right. Don't forget putting in partitions requires mods to floors and ceilings around it.
