    Dunlaoighre market on Sundays.
Bought it there before.....just cannot recall the stand. Sell a variety of loose teas.

Some standard brands loose when in stock in Jabulani South African shop on Strand St.

Loose natural and flavoured rooibos in Wall & Keogh (Richmond St. Sth.).

    House of Tea (mail order).

    Palais des Thés, Wicklow St.

Tick Tock is often available loose in Fresh (Camden St., Smithfield Sq, Grand Canal Dock) and in the Co-op shop, Newmarket Square.

Just a few places I thought of.
