    Just as an update the girls will be doing the exact same PCA with the same weights, they just thought we'd be more comfortable separate I guess

    Very much so! Got a brilliant go at everything the sweat was pouring off me must have went over the wall/ drag bag/ crawl and jump about 15 times each! Ready for the day now bring it on! Felt what everyone meant about the dry air though!

    I don't like it when my directions are ignored people. Keep this thread related to the "Support sessions" that were mentioned please. There's another big thread where you can post information on the PCA itself, and the differences, if any, there will be between male and female applicants, and so on.

    You lot have been the best behaved people on this forum for a long, long time, and I don't want to have to act on this.
