Hi, thinking of buying a laptop direct from Microsoft Store.
Has anyone had any issues I need to know of?
Customs or plugs spring to mind

Yup, found it impossible to pay through paypal and generally got the impression when i had to return the order that the whole site was a complete mess, DB errors showing up on a front end website, etc. things like that tell you all is not right

    Use the Irish store.

You want a UK/Irish plug, not a European one!

The US will be before sales tax....

And it'll just be more expensive 'cause...

If you import from the states you would be very likely hit with customs which will add a further 25% onto the price!

    forgot about customs too.

how does customs work for "internal post" or if brought back in person?
