How do i update Nokia Lumia 610?

Prob old spec now but have one that I never used till now how do or can i update it?

You can update, backup or restore via the Zune software for Windows. There's a Windows Phone app for Mac as well.

The latest software version Lumia 610 can run is v7.8.
