Back in January I order something from China, after waiting a few weeks it never arrived and I contacted the seller. He offered to send another and if the two showed up I'd to return one. The second one never arrived either and when contacted the seller offered a half refund. Is there any chance of getting a full refund at this stage?

How much are you talking about?

The chances of both parcels going missing are pretty slim, unless the address was wrong

How long have you waited - from China things can take a month or more, especially if free international postage is offered
