You're the 1 in the billion then aren't you bill.

    Lucky you.

Haha yeah sure - what is it 80 million passengers they carry? The vast amount are clearly content with the service otherwise they'd cough up for extra 'luxury' on other fairly similar airlines.

And add me as number 3 to have never had any issues with FR. Then again some of the public have a trouble leaving the house.

    Hello troll
People dislike Ryanair because of the crap customer service from the day they started to, eh now.

    Tis no big secret lads.
You're the 1 in the billion then aren't you bill.

    Lucky you.
    That's great news.
Wouldn't it be mad altogether if people who have an issue with Ryanair think the people who don't have an issue with Ryanair haven't a bulls notion altogether.

Funny ole world we live in KKV.
You two should form a gang, that'd be nice wouldn't it.

Infracted for trolling. Any more provocative posts and it will be a ban. To everyone else....don't feed the troll

Depends what you mean when you say 'haven't a bulls notion', really.

As a customer, I avail of a service they provide to me. I have found their service to be at acceptable standards at all times.

I'm not too clued into the aviation side of things, but I don't think I need to be, if your main argument is about 'crap customer service'.

This is probably going to sound like a sarcastic remark, but it's actually a genuine question - Is there anything (aside from my stated customer-based experience) you feel I should know before forming an opinion on their customer service?

    Woooow there hooch.

Just a regular guy breaking bread.

Favourite part of wonky was the chocolate room that turned out a warehouse with little orange lads - not judging.

    Not at all.

    You're happy with said service.

    Majority are not.

    Let's agree on that.

Are you insinuating that I am a homeless person with an alcohol dependency?

That's 3 different threads you've caused trouble in, I concur with Tenger, you're trolling. Enjoy the holiday from A&A.

Unintentionally funny quote from the above:
    1.9.2 Airline Operator
Memo issued re ‘Wingtips – Caution when parking’.
