If one player doesn't play it changes to a double/ 2 don't play single.

If they play even for 2 seconds, it counts

Cash out on accumulators is usually no problem with bet365, Paddy Power and Betfair sportsbook.

Might be others but those 3 i know for sure.

Except on Unibet where the player has to start in order to make your bet run.
If he comes on after 5 seconds, scores 17 goals you bet is void.
If he comes on and the ref sent him off straight on because he hates the player, bet is void.
