Seeking Casting of a Hat

I am looking to have a casting of an Irish Naval Service Hat (x2). It can be in plaster, but must be weather resistant. Is there anyone out there who would provide such a service? Alan

I cant see plaster being weather proof in the long run. Maybe a cast in Bronze ( Expensive) or Aluminium ( cheaper) . Leo Higgins has a good reputation for casting http://www.cast.ie/index.html
