There was a local 5km last night which passed my house so I had no excuse. Nothing like a race to get back some motivation for running! Anyway I won a prize... 1st buggy home:) Managed to run the whole thing with a 20lb 7mth old in 32:47, won't give out about the hills as they were a definite help on the way down.
Can't wait to go for the next run now:D

Well done. The more I look into this 5k thing, the more I hear of buggy runs. Did not know it was even a thing until a week or two ago. 0 -
