Cheap Parcels to Canada?

Looking to send a pack to Canada, Just a few tubs of Ballymaloe Relish, few packs of King Crisps, Bacon Fries etc. Average Amazon Box Id say like if you were delivered a phone or something. Anyone know the cheapest way to do this? Cheers DJB

If you keep the parcel weight under 2kg, and don't put liquids or batteries into the parcel An Post will post it for around €17 standard airmail & €22 registered post. Once the parcel weighs 1 gram over 2kg the price of the parcel doubles to €36- so be warned.

The rest of the private couriers like DHL / UPS all cost €30+ for any size parcel.
