Nonsense. Decisions didn't go your way, that's how it goes. Getting the capt decision correct is a big part of the game so is having the form players.

I say this not having giroud and captaining aguero today

52 pre bonus, not captaining Kane hurts. But seems an average score in my leagues.

Congrats to those who went for Kane.

70 with Ivan, Haz and Sturridge left. Very happy with that score after the past few stop start weeks.

not sure whether im annoyed most at:
Captaining aguero over kane;
Bringing in forster this week and him going off with myhil on the bench;
Bellerin continuing to be completely unreliable;
Sanchez;

Whichever side you fell on before the match it was close which certainly wasn't the case with how the points fell! In Poker people often make EV chops shame you can't do that in FPL so your captain gets as many points as they really should have!!

Since he came back from injury Ageuro has had one double digit score, Kane had 4 (with another 2 in the 3 games before that).

Thats what swung it for me in the end

Kane and Giroud are on fire while Aguero and Sanchez have gone quiet. The latter players always have the chance to explode no doubt, but form is all that matters and anyone making those choices were/are right.

Gonna be some drop tonight 48(-4) pre bonus. Hopefully Costa can go nuts tomorrow - in a goal way, not a red card way

Costa(c) Kane(vc) over here, but with Cork's 3 points as my 1st sub I'd rather see Costa in the starting XI and take my chances. Naughton cleanie off the bench is nice and hopefully Clyne keeps the assist

My Aguero/Kane decision was made by the kickoff time, captain choices in the 12:45 kickoff are usually useless, those games have had an awful record this year*. Currently on 52 (-4), 28 from Kane alone! Hazard/Sturr/Zouma to come.

Myhill was a lovely surprise.

*Although, the one exception was the Aguero 4 goals v Spurs.

Clean sheet for Panti would be sweet even if it means the PVA gang get one as well.
I'm praying Defoe scores even though he'll stay on my bench, at least he won't go down another .3 before I make my transfers:o

Haha, very true, I played the game for a living for 5 years. The gap on paper pre-game wasn't as big as how the result panned out, no question about that.

For me it was 60/40 pre game. Right I better log off before I go on transfer tilt and take a -8. So many players I'm unhappy with. I'll get the chopping block out once I've had some time to think.

Hazard and Terry to play tomorrow. I could REALLY do with a couple of Terry goals. I'm probably going to be about 50 points behind in my main league, 3 weeks ago I closed the gap to 20. He's been chipping away at me since. :mad:

Looking like 71 after bonus points are added with Zouma and Hazard left (Moreno first sub).

I think I pretty much said the start and end that it's nonsense. Bitter at the very least.

That will beat a good amount of Kane captainers, Giroud is still a differential for you

Other than actually going to the FPL site then this is probably the best option. TFPL has been a bit hit and miss this season often missing people on losing sides who are in the Baps.

What was rage inducing was the level of reward/punishment between the 2 decisions.

BPS and bonus are different things when the bonus is added the captain does get double.

I had a nice spread of points today actually
only 2 of the 9 that played got 2
unfortunately one of them was captain BUT the other (benteke ) was who I switched captaincy off so ........:D
