02 card not receiving money

Trying to transfer 50 euro from boyle sports to 02 card but have not received in 2 weeks when i contacted boylesports they tell me its not their problem and i need to contact 02 which i dont know how to do as they are with 3 now.Any ideas?

If Boylesports transferred the money from side correctly, contact O2 customer service but as you say it's 3 customer service now but they will still have all the details of your O2 card.
Go onto O2.ie and that will transfer you to three website and contact details will be there.
