Dublin Bus routes 38 and 38a

Can anyone else out there let me know if you are experiencing issues with the 38 and 38a to and from Blanchardstown, I am at the end of my tether, reporting to Dublin Bus and NOT hearing back.

Yeah, a driver shut the door on my foot once and I complained and they were basically like "ah yeah sorry about that". Awful service.

Can't wait till the inevitable privatization occurs. Maybe whoever takes over will have a grain of accountability.

what "privatization" will this be? the mythical one where the companies will all have full say and everything will be picture perfect, or the real one where as currently, the NTA calls the shots?
