Would 5s 32gb be enough memory to last 2 yrs counting new updates apps pictures etc or best go for 64gb?

32 should be enough. They'll all get backed up on iCloud anyway.

Having said that if you really can afford the 64gb, do that.

I didn't think the 64Gb 5S was available here, plus it is actually dearer than a 64Gb 6.
