Efibre double charge for modem ? 97.55 Eur

    Hello Eircom reps, Long story short:

    I sign contaract for broadband, after 2 months I switched for efibre on 01.02.15
    today I saw my bill... : 16.02.15 modem charge 48.77  x2 = 97.55 

    please ... why... :(
