Still wating for payment of AEOS, had area aid & AEOS inspection last July, the land I am claming AEOS on was reduced and I have a penalty of around €200. I was thould this is the reason for delay in payment. That any person that incurred penalty in 2014 haven't been paid, something about programming the systems to calculate the fines.
They said payment could be another 3 to 4 week, was expecting it last Dec.
    Any info would be welcomed.
    Cheers.

I think you will have to keep pushing them for it really , or if you have a planner get them onto it . It's shouldn't be your problem if they can't work their own system on time .

I have my head wrecked from them at this stage
Just got 2013 payment and not full amount
Query it and they couldn't give any answers
Got a letter yesterday with a fifty percent penalty
for 2014 and reduced acres by a third
I rang them for an explanation and was told to get my planner to write a letter to them.

Just got 2012 payment last week waiting on the next round of dept payments for 2013 and 2014 , had an inspection in 2012 and it took a wee while to get it all sorted , I had 3 broken posts in November even though all cattle were housed and no chance of any cattle getting through the fence ,

Yea have been onto them a lot, keeping my head down a little because of feck up by my planner she sent in my fertiliser usage without going tru it , was way over in phosphates.
Changed planner he sorted it out, carried over fert & feed stock to 2014.

If it's sorted now I wouldn't worry about keeping the head down . This delay in payment is a joke considering how strict they are with dates and deadlines themselves.
If their wages weren't paid on time there would be stink kicked up about it , why should we be treated any different
