Kabinpack door insulation

I often come across modular boiler doors with these insulation hooks broken off and the insulation falling all over the place. I have tried silicone and and come back to find the foil still stuck to the inside of the door, but the yellow insulation slipping. I have in recent times resorted to drilling and putting in a few galvanized bolts.

Has anyone of you come up with a handier solution?

Thanks Dathi. Going in the right direction with those. I must look to see if they have larger ones. Those have only 20X20mm base and would need exceptional bonding to hold.

1"x1" ones are available here, and I've used 2" and 3" variations for electrical work overseas, so they're definitely available.
