Bus Éireann - Ticket not emailed

    I bought a 10 journey ticket on friday night and never received an email to print. Anyone had this happen before?
    I am registered on their beclub and have bought 3 other tickets this week all fine and of course the 10 journey goes missing not a standard return :mad:
    I need it for 7am tomorrow and their office doesnt even open until 9am. From their weekend number the guy was like oh sure just buy another ticket and apply for a refund. I dont have another €60 to spend on a bus ticket! :eek:
    I have emailed them also but I'm guessing it will take ages to get a reply to that.

    Might be a stupid suggestion, but have you checked your Spam folder?
