Mourinho doesn't even talk to injured players at his own club.

Are there any actual legit quotes from Nani on LvG or is it just Twitter hearsay?

Nani interview courtesy of M.E.N. here

In this article, it doesn't mention anything about LVG not contacting him. That's probably because M.E.N. are only choosing the quotes that are positive as regards Nani returning.

In short, my hopes for Nani wearing the red again are higher than they were a week ago.

Have to say some of your posts lately have been very good read.

On the ball a lot of time too.

Bad news if Liverpool are knocked out. The more Thursday night extra time football they get, the better.

    They will win on penos.

    #believe

In all seriousness extra time is great from a United pov, especially with the early kick off on Sunday. Hopefully we can tonk Sunderland and City turn the others over.

Lovren scares me when he gets near the ball, couldn't imagine what it must be like for a liverpool fan

Liverpool now have a full week of rest ahead of our trip to Anfield.

    Splendid.

It was good to finally watch a match this year where someone played worse than United.

Nope. That theory never works. Good teams like we used to be in the past when we had doubles and trebles going on overcome fixture congestion. Crap teams will be knocked out because... they're crap. And if we are hoping that by having these crap teams like Arse, Spurs and Liverpool get an extra game or two will give us some sort of advantage then we really have hit rock bottom. Just beat them on merit. If we don't then we're simply not good enough. In any case, Liverpool are always the enemy so it's better they lose. Forever.

Actually they're away at Swansea on Mon March 16 while we're at home to Spurs on Sun march 15.

Yeah I think he simply hasn't the intelligence or ability to read the game that a centre back needs.

He's an accident waiting to happen in possession, always has been a liability in that regard.

Well that's simply untrue. He's far better than the likes of Smalling and McNair in possession.

Telegraph saying Rafael, Hernandez, Evans and Lindegaard all likely to be sold while we maintain a strong interest in Clyne.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Chico go back to Mexico or even the MLS. It's a pity it's gone that way :(

Hernandez is 26, why on earth would he go to the MLS??? He'd have plenty of options in Europe, teams probably competing in the champions league, if we were to sell him.

Awful set of results for us this week in Europe, we needed them all apart from maybe City, going one step more at least.

The chances of us finishing outside top 4 have increased after tonight 😠

Very much agree with you, bad night for us too ... although if our performances don't improve it might not have mattered anyway.

The group of players we have playing a proper system would beat that Liverpool team fairly easily, lots of mediocre players there, sadly if we continue to play the same way they'll beat us and get top 4

Van Gaal needs to get his shít together starting this weekend or we'll be in the Europa next season and most likely not able to get first choice targets in the summer
