Caught with 3 grams of amphetamine paste and a gram of cannabis herb

Hi guys,
Last Weekend I was stopped by the guards and taken to the guarda station,
so they could conduct a search as they had reason to believe I had illegal substances on my person. They asked me did I have anything I shouldn't and I told them I didn't have anything illegal in my possession and made them aware I did have five prescription tablets with me though.
They asked me what kind of tablets they were. I told them what they were, and why I was on medication. I suffer from ADHD, Depression and have Asperger's syndrome.
I am prescribed 80 mg of ritalin (Methylphenidate) a day to treat my ADHD.
When a guard took me to the cell to search me he found 3g of amphetamine paste and a small amount of cannabis on me. On the night I had got the amphetamine to replace my ritalin as I had lost that days dose of ritalin, and was very depressed and on edge.
They took the cannabis and amphetamine away, and I then signed a note where another guard had wrote down a small summary of what I told them. They let me go after that and didn't give me any charge sheet.
I wasn't fully with it that night as I was after having a manic episode before I went to obtain the amphetamine and I'm also heavily medicated with other medications for my nerves and anxiety. I was under the influence of these at the time of my arrest,
and I can't be 100% sure but, I think one of the guards said that I'll just be issued a summons.
I understand that a summons will be delivered to you in person by the guards at your last known abode, or in some cases posted.
Can anyone tell me when I should expect the summons and how do I know if I got a summons?
When I was leaving the station , after signing the note of what I told the guards they definitely didn't tell me I would be getting a summons or say anything else tbh!
I was surprised at this. I am bound to the peace for two years at the minute for public order offences which took place March of 2014. I am an alcoholic and did a 12 week treatment programme July of last Year, since getting out of rehab in October of last year I haven't consumed any alcohol at all.
I hadn't got in any trouble with the guards either up until last weekend.
I'm very worried about the whole situation, as I come from a respectful background and I am living back in the family home. I'm on tender hooks as I can't stop thinking the guards could drive in any minute and My Mother and Father really don't need the hassle.
It was a stupid mistake and I don't know what to do, could anyone please point me in the right direction? Any advice would be much appreciated.
I also just want to mention that the guards had my phone and they looked through it as I was been searched.
