Laws surrounding psychedelic mushrooms?

    Been doing some research, but really can't find that much, so thought I'd turn to the good oul' people of boards.ie

    Is it legal to own a grow kit? If I where to buy one, would it get stopped at customs?

    I know that shrooms are illegal in Ireland to sell/even have, but is it legal to have the spores of such shrooms as it is in most countries?

    I'd say it's possibly probably legal to own a grow kit, so long as you use it for anything but growing.

    Not worth the hassle. Sure Supervalu are selling 2 packs for a euro these days.
