 For once I dragged my ass out of bed for the early start.  4 busy lanes.  Nemesis and the Technician in the Shark lane.  No chance of even holding on to the back of that crowd so into the next lane down.  To be honest my ambition was just to get through the main set.  Swim fitness is the fastest to go and months out is almost back to scratch territory.  I slotted into the middle of the group for a 2.4k main set off modest repeat times.  I moved up a few places but didn't exhaust myself.  Apart from surviving the set, it was a focus on simple long stroke and high elbow.
