Oh. That's humour, Ms. B. I wouldn't really stop talking to you just because you were advocating the use of FURKIN' ARTIFICIAL WHITE-MEAT SUBSTITUTE BACON SHÍTE! GAAAAHHHH!!!

My TA for today is when you say something funny and the person beside you laughs and you think you're hilarious, then you realise they are looking at something funny on their phone and you're not funny at all:(

The cat came in limping again this morning. I've only just finished forcing antibiotics down him from an injury he got a couple of weeks ago and now we're probably on the way to the vets again.

Out for a walk around Limerick City this lunch time, my annoyance for the day is buskers, or more specifically, talentless cunnoxes screeching their way through some unknown sh1tty ballad. OR, the ones who plug in; there was another one around for a while, she could at least sing but she was amped up so it just went through you as you got closer to her. Plug out and give it some welly if you're going to do it properly dammit.

If it makes you feel any better, I was in the city on Monday and there were 2 aul fellas handing out free rosary beads. They didn't even offer me some, so I'm taking it as a given that I'm beyond redemption.:D

What's a womb card? Do you get a stamp every time you have a baby? :pac:

I'm the opposite, I turn into a f*cking idiot with babies and other kids. Peolple are abit taken back by my idiotness.

There was a time when an ex came to visit it me one time with her new born (I'm the odd type that remains chums with ex's). She was expecting me to be weird but I was immediately wanting a squeeze of the kid and to throw it around abit. Her reaction was priceless.

    The baby cried.

It's like a tachograph. You can't put more than eight hours on it in one day, and using it while tired or drunk is a big no-no! :D

It made these tiny little fists and was changing colour. I thought he was choking. Until I realised he was probably pooping. I imagined it up his back and all so I moved it a little bit away from me, feeling kind of bad incase he was actually choking.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,801 ✭✭✭Frigga_92

Oh jaysus babies that small are terrifying. One wrong move and you could actually crush one of their limbs.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,241 ✭✭✭MsBubbles

Lexie I'm surprised you couldn't smell the poop ;) I love cuddling a baby but handing it back to its Mammy afterwards so they can deal with the poopy nappies and 3 am feeds. Actually the 3 am feeds wouldn't be a problem if my insomnia is in full swing

Do you have to pull over and have a mandatory 45 minute break during every shift?

    Are there ahem....load restrictions? :o

Why didn't you check the colour? I'm dying to know if it's actually green! I'm still holding out hope that BB was joking...

He wasn't lying. I checked with 4 different people about the colour of their child's dumps and it was a unanimous verdict.

You can pull over and have a 45-minute shift during every mandatory break if you like. Large loads of pipe should be <ahem> "secured"... :D
