Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could recommend a good physio in North dublin.

I compressed a disk in my back after 6 months of fitness bootcamp and need to get it sorted.

    Thanks

I have personal experience of something akin to yours OP. I eventually ended up in the Santry Sports clinic and seeing a physio called Philip Phelan. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not too dear either, about 55quid a visit.

A girl I used to go to on the southside has recently set up on the Navan Road.

Couldn't recommend her enough. Got me out of bother a few times! Her names Helena Campbell. Practice name is The Physiotherapy Centre. Not too sure of the web address.

Let us know how you get on,

    A
