Best way to get from Belfast Central to Jordanstown on Sunday?

I'm not familiar with Belfast at all, and I need to get from Belfast Central Train Station to Jordanstown this Sunday. I think there's a train that connects the two, but is that only weekdays? Are there other options? Thanks :)
