    What tide is Fanore best surfed on?
    I know there are some rocks submerged at high. Anybody go there a lot?

    Read it twice now and it has not mentioned most favourable swell direction.
    Fairly certain it doesn't pick up as much swell as lahinch.

    Like any beach its moods change depending on the seasons and good sessions can be had on any tide. It has nuances depending on swell direction and wind but these are shared experiences as opposed to general knowledge.

    Oh yeah, and like the rest of the banner county, it'll be good this weekend.

    Fanore should be good in the morning, it works best on a ssw swell and offshore winds.

    This swell is seemingly big, so I think fanore will get the wing of it.

    Sometimes if it's big and a tanker passes outside you need to be able to duck dive, as it really churns it up lol

    Great for bodyboarding too, some good Aframes too.

    Fanore kinda works like a reef sometimes rather than a beach.

    One of the easiest beaches to paddle out back on a big swell.
