Next WWE 24 on the network is about Booker T called Sentenced to Greatness.

Really wish they would put Raw onto the network or at least have it available a few days after it being live. I want to cancel Sky Sports and Raw is the only thing keeping me from doing so.

Haven't watched Raw in ages but YouTube used to always have it a couple of hours after it aired.

Hulu Plus do a condensed hour and a half version of Raw, might be worth investing in

Yeah, I'm sure the WWE is willing to lose millions and millions of dollars they have in contractual agreements with TV stations, just so you can watch Raw on the network.

Didn't know that, thanks for the tip!

No need to be snarky. I'd bet there's tens of thousands of fans who would get rid of Sky Sports if WWE moved to the Network. Nothing wrong with wanting a better service and to save 50 quid or so per month.

Hard to believe there are people who would sub to Sky Sports just for Raw and Smackdown (and I guess Main Event as they are still showing that).

I'll watch Raw live if I'm awake or catch up with what happened on the network recap, podcasts etc. If there is a match or even (*gasp!*) an entire show worth watching I'll seek it out or wait the 30 days.

Just a random thing I noticed on holiday, Netflix isn't in the Czech Republic but WWE Network is. Thought that was pretty impressive on WWEs part.

I know their was talks about it before but are we going to do a light review on a certain ppv every week? Be good for people with the network and be a bit of fun to see differing opinions. I dont mind starting it if people are up for it, thinking we just do it in this thread?

It's very good in case you missed it.

WWE's conference call is going on atm. 240,000 was the number of subs they got for the free November and 70% of these accounts were still active in January. Ireland/UK became the second largest market. I think I heard them say that Austin's podcast was the most watched new content.

They confirmed Wrestlemania will still be on the Network for $10

    Question for people:

I have a yearly subscription I bought for the network when it was not available here. When it first became available here, I dropped unblock US and it still worked. Now, when I try and login on my computer or my Roku, it redirects me to buy a new subscription. It still works through my PS3 mind you. Just wondering if this is because obviously my subscription is a lot cheaper than the Irish version so perhap they differentiate between the two, ergo it won't allow me us my US subscription. Has anyone else experienced this?

Any suggestions for good documentaries on the network? I've just finished the Monday Night Wars and Shield documentaries. Also recently watched Triple H's and Paul Heyman's.

I enjoyed Ric Flair's and Dusty Rhode's but then, I love WCW and 80's early 90's wrestling.

I'd recommend the CM Punk Best in the World documentary, The rise and fall of ECW if you haven't already seen them.

Found these to be good but depends if you like the wrestler(s):
    The Road Warriors
    Bret Hitman Hart
    20 Years too Soon
    Brian Pillman Loose Cannon
    Ricky Steamboat
    Breaking the Code
    Stone Cold Steve Austin
Life and Career of Mick Foley
You Think You Know Me: Edge

Also found the Batista I Walk Alone documentary suprisingly decent.

The Bret vs Shawn sitdown doc is alright but the Montreal stuff has been talked to death, I found it good up until that period.

The Rise and Fall of WCW and World Heavyweight title docs cover familiwr ground as the Monday Night War.

The Daniel Bryan doc specifically made for the Network in the 'Original Specials' section is very very good. Usos doc too.

Some of the Wrestlemania rewinds are OK but some of them are fluff pieces.

Haven't watched the Dusty Rhodes doc and haven't seen the Ric Flair one in years.

Anyone having trouble with the WWE Network today? Several different things I've went to watch the app says the content is not available and to try again later. I'm using the WWE App on the Roku 3, never had any problems before.

The Warrior one was brilliant, esspeciall when you consider it was put together on the quick after his passing.

That's a slight misnomer. It was in production to be aired the week after Mania as a documentary on his return to WWE anyway. They just had to add in the reactionary footage regarding his death.

I’ve been re-reading The Death of WCW (10th anniversary edition) at the moment and it’s given me a hankering for some rasslin. Not knowing where to start I’ve gone back to the beginning and started with the Starrcades. I’m up to 85 at the moment. What really stands out is 9 times out of 10 the announcers don’t seem to have a clue what’s going or what the finish is. They are often caught unawares by a finish and struggle to explain what happened. Also it’s mad how much blood there was. Starrcade 85 has been the pick of the bunch sofar, where as far as I can remember, everybody bleeds. I’m surprised the ref didn’t blade also.
Highlight so far is Tully Blanchard Vs Magnum TA from 85 in an I Quit cage match. Really brutal, realistic looking match. I’d recommend anyone here who enjoys an I Quit match to go back and watch how it should be done. None of the “pantomime” you see nowadays.
Also, the best move name I’ve heard is “The Flying Burrito”. A flying forearm smash (Ariba!) by “The Raging Bull” Manny Fernandez. And did you know a "Mexican death match" is the same as an normal No DQ match except it has a sombrero on a pole:eek:

The Network stream crashed on me several times during Fastlane. I missed the finish of Cody vs Goldust and Ambrose vs Barrett as a result.

The finish of Cody vs Dustin looked like a botch!

I re subscribed to the Wwe Network at the weekend. Having convinced myself two months ago when I had the US version that I didn't need it.

Missed it though and now subscribed to the Irish one which is great because it works on the go on my phone signal!

Your US account should have worked in Ireland without VPN/DNS/location spoofing.

Mine does not. Have tried it on five different devices and in different locations.

Why have u it set to different locations ?

Have you had unblock us? Did you remove IP settings when you uninstalled it ,?

I was the same. Got an email from WWE saying there was a problem with my account and couldn't get into it, even with unblock US. Ended up signing up on the Irish version.

With the Euro currently weak against the dollar it works out the same/cheaper anyway as well as been on the go.

all that fiddling with gps spoofers and fake locations... just went for the official version.
