Its crazy, beyond belief but the fans who pau at the gate get no reduction on prices of tickets.

    Hopefully that changes.

Why would that change? If anything it will go up and to maintain the gap between the TV price and the live price.

As long as the stands are full every week then what other business would reduce the prices?

Gate prices, like TV prices, will only go one way as long as the demand is there.

They are already for normal packages. €2 ish increases.

I won't be paying, IPTV and a sport subscription service for Kodi will do me just fine.

I haven't had a Sky sub for a few years, we were perviously paying €114 a month for all channels + multi room and HD... total rip off. Never again.

Apparently bskyb has confirmed an 83% increase in the cost of the rights... its an exceptionally risky strategy for the group... I would expect sky's share price to fall tomorrow.

I can't see how the money paid by sky and bt has gone up. I don't think I know anyone who pays for either of them anymore.

Pubs pay serious prices for them. Not sure exactly what it is but I remember being surprised when I heard it

Pub my missus works I think they pay 1800 a month for it. They don't even have bt as that's an extra 600.

I think an increase of €10-12 p/m is now to be expected.. I honestly don't know how sustainable that is long term.

Anyhoo, back to Utd. We need a convincing, dynamic win this week to cut-off the envoloping negativity. LvG needs to get his team to gel and start to play the football that the individuals within it are capable of.

at 3 nil is the least we should be expecting. Time for LvG to stop sh1tting on about philosphies and getting the job done.

Seems Van Gaal is fighting the FA charge and wants a personal hearing

He'll probably hand out dossiers on why his conduct wasn't improper

Mortifying stuff from LVG this afternoon.

Does anyone have a video or anything of the press conference? From some comments, it sounds like he was smashing up tables and screaming abuse at journalists...

Absolute non issue. He anticipates questions about west ham. Brings his post match analysis

The press conference today really was cringeworthy. He's clutching at straws and I'm starting to feel sorry for him. Hope we smash Burnley tomorrow night.

Just saw his presser there and not at any stage did LVG seem frustrated or annoyed. If anything I think he created that handout taking the p1ss. He seemed to be smirking throughout.

After reading the last few pages of the thread I expected something fairly worthwhile. What a let down. Gotta love the desperation of people trying to make out that it was some kind of explosion or embarrassment.

If people were mocking and deriding Utd over how sh1t they were in the West Ham match given their squad of superstars then fair enough, at least there is some substance to that.

I love he kept calling him "Big Sham". :pac:

    Embarrassing stuff from LVG.

Moyes would have been shot if he came out with that sort of nonsense.
