Stena line ferry cancelled for 3 days straight ... WTF?

    I need to vent.

    I was supposed to board the ferry from Roslare to Cherbourg on thursday night and it was cancelled due to technical reasons. Then, it was rescheduled and cancelled the next day and again and this morning, delayed by 4.5hours due to technical reasons.

    What are the chances it will be cancelled again now? I have teh feeling it wont leave again tonight.

    My holiday has been ruined as I'm stranded on Wexford waiting for the next ferry that will not leave.

    Same thing happening to us but from the French end. First we were told that the ferry was canceled and rescheduled to the monday. Then we were told no that it will in fact be sailing on Sunday but that we would find out the time asap.

    No communication since yesterday and we can't confirm if the ferry will be going at its original time (Which does'nt seem likely as I'm pretty sure the boat is still in Roslare). The french office is closed for the weekend and the Irish numbers i've tried so far have been no help.
