The clue comment was especially for you old chum, I knew you'd like it!!...Ya players will need time to settle at a new club regardless of it being the same league and anyway the aforementioned both entered into a pretty toxic atmosphere...nothing new there

Speaking of atmosphere the players seem so much happier this year too no bad stories been leaked from camp and they seem to want to play for manager.

Mourinho came back last year and said Chelsea would take a year to get back to the way he wanted them to play. They played some dire football last year and were very negative at times well look at them this year.

Which comes back to my original point does it not, old chum?

It would be nice to have a £30m+ footballer who doesn't need babysitting for a few years first. You would wonder how Sanchez and Costa managed it, but asking that question will just see all the old excuses trotted out (Injuries, manager, system, etc etc).

Cant believe the state of Dortmund. They should be easy pickings in the summer

I thinks it's quite unfortunate, Really admired what they done the last few years whilst almost certainly losing there star man year after year, Hopefully they get it together a joy to watch this past 5 years.

I'm amazed at people criticizing Mata. Whenever he gets to play in the hole I think he does well and has scored quite consistently since he's joined.

I hope they go down. I did kind of like them a few seasons back but then everybody else started to like them and they just weren't hipster enough.
Massive falls from grace are quite entertaining too.

You've been complaining bitterly about the manager for a good while and Moyes before him, so you know that they have been a problem. It sounds like you are complaining about the new players just for the sake of it. The new players haven't been performing well enough, neither have every single other outfield player at the club.

All this negativity anyone got anything positive to talk about? Like sitting third in table? Threw to next round of cup? 8 clean sheets in 16 games? Team playing there hearts out last night chasing down balls in the 92nd minute? Talk that de gea will stay with united coming from his agent?

The only thing going for us is that we're third, if we were to fall out of the top 4 I think the murmurings would begin, I don't think the fans would stand for it too long if we were out of the top 4, playing 5 at the back and dropping points against poor teams

Let Dortmund be an example of the need for unpredictability, and what happens when you don't adapt in time

The way I see it there's two main problems, Van Gaal's decision making regarding formations and positions and Van Gaal's philosophy so far looking not much more than a fancy version of Stoke after 7 months

Sanchez and Costa, ok, but how many big money signings take more time to come good. I would say the likes of Costa and Sanchez are exceptions rather than the rule.

I think I probably agree with the general just of what you are saying tho...with the money spent we should be doing a lot better.

Dont know if its what matters but costa and sanchez well built men, ozil came and has failed to shine but has recently built himself up, seems like a tougher league pyhiscally to play in.

Liverpool 1 down. If they lose, we surely have to win the fa cup.

No doubt the haters will downplay it if we do win since all the good teams got knocked out early

Like united fans won't down play it if another team wins it...

You dont just become a bad player overnight when you're a world cup winner and world class for the best part of 5 years, he's playing in a team void of confidence, it plays its part. Put anyone of our world class players in the QPR side and see how they would be playing after 6 months of defeat after defeat.

Okay, slightly different. He came back after a very bad injury and as a striker confidence is your number 1 stat, he didnt have any. He was always playing in good teams.

If hummels was playing as bad in the likes of Bayern I'd be concerned but not at the moment.

Subsequently, Torres is doing pretty well since he's moved back. I actually hope he stays fit and regains his form, hes only 30, he could have 3 more very very good years in spain.

Mertesaker and podolski are also world cup winners but I wouldn't even call them good players.
also Dortmund are not QPR, they have class players in their team as it is, this was their squad last night.

Hummels has played fine since returning from the break , it's Dortmunds attacking players who are really letting them down at the minute not the other end.

Bottom of the league and Kagawa still can't get a game.

Was reading their fans saying their massive problem at the moment is their inability to score goals; that they had 5 or 6 good chances last night, but that their attacking players have zero ability to put the ball into the net....

one thing is for sure, Marco Reus wont be a Dortmund player next season especially with a 25m buyout clause
