Asos Returns issue

I purchased a few things from Asos a while back and returned some of the items on the 12 of January using MyReturns.ie through the Asos website. Its nearly two weeks now since the rep from MyReturns picked up the parcel from my address and I still have not heard anything about the return being processed. When i track the parcel on the website it just says "In Transit". I tried calling their number listed on their website and its disconnected. Iv also emailed them 3 times, to which they have not responded.

Does anyone know what the turn around time is for using MyReturns.ie for Asos or does anyone have any contact details for them? They are operated through a Company called QParcel.

Bit late now Patrick. Asos finally refunded the order after I contacted them directly. Absolutely shocking service from MyReturns.ie

After sending 4 emails over the space of 2 weeks you decide to respond to me on boards.ie and not via the emails I sent. Thats a joke!

I would also suggest amending the phone numbers on both your website and your facebook page as none of them seem to work.

So sorry to hear this, can you email us and put it to my attention so I can check this. All CS enquiries are dealt with within 24 hours. I want to investidate where the issue was and to credit your return cost for the inconvenience you have experienced.

What email address do I use. I have been using the form on the contact us part of the website.

Similarly I dont want to post my details on boards.ie, even if it is by PM. Excuse my curtness but you could be anyone claiming to be from myreturns.ie

The fact ye are not willing to post your customer service details publicly is very strange. How do you expect your customers to get in contact with you?

    I understand.

Unfortunately, boards.ie do not allow email addresses to be posted on forums. Our contact us facility on our website is working correctly, if you contact us through this informing us you came through boards.ie I can contact you directly. Alternatively you can contact us through Facebook or Twitter. Thanks
