Horizon Go V's Sky Go

Hi, I can use Sky Go to watch any of the sky channels I subscribe to when away from home on a non sky wifi network. Is Horizon Go the same? Or are there differences? Thanks.

Basically its the basic 50 channel TV pack. No Premium channels even if you are subscribed.
